you might remember a remark i made about me working at Joost technologies in Leiden. witch is really funny because my first name is Joost! well i finally have some news on what were doing!

Joost is now ready for open download!

what does this mean? well we're still a beta, but you do no longer have to be invited to be able to download and install it. so we're public, open to try and free of course!

but i haven't heard from joost before? well, joost is a peer 2 peer program to watch channels and shows from high and mid grade content providers. for example happy tree friends, MTV and aardman has a place on this platform. so what can i do? just watch what you want when you want... for free!

oke last match is over all the points have been added... and we finished second from below. 10 teams played in our area and we finish 9th.

is this a bad thing? no i don't think so because we made 81 frames out of 243 frames... i made a average of about 2 frames every match. i made 62 points, that is about 75% of all the frames we won so sad? nah... i did oke! if i was the only one playing for the team (times 3 ofcourse) i would have gotten 186 points witch would make our team this years runner up!

oke plan's for next year... same team and replace a player that is moving on after the upcoming year. so in one year i should play one division higher! yeah i know it sounds like it's gonna take long but this will certainly be a big inprovement! the team i'm gonna join then is the team that became third this year in there division so i can make a move for promotion! all together this is some good news, wait a year and get a chance to promote again!

oke snooker fan's that's all for now... let summer practice begin!

oke, oke, i know with my enkle i should not play snooker but i did... what happened was even stranger! the first match i played with my enkle in a brase i could not really stand on it so i played on one foot, i only won 1 out of 3 frames that evening, the next 2 matches i won every frame... on one leg! that's why i have a new snooker nickname at my snooker club... Flamingo!

why you might ask? well the flamingo is mostly portraid when standing on one leg, so that why... do i like it? no not really... they made me a T-shirt with a logo, name and everything... and it's pink . so i'm not really feeling the "love" for my new nickname but i think i'm going to be stuck with it for a while...

oke... what do you get when you do a project at a company and you do it for school... wel i did a project for about 12 weeks with Joost (yeah i know I am called joost but joost is in www.joost.com where they create a& new video on demand service). and my reward for the successfull finishing of the project was one of the two company Wii's. so i got a Wii now with two Wiimotes + numchucks and three games... so we have a new system to add to the long line of consoles that i own/owned.
